李慧嘉，男，山东济宁人，博士毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院，现任南开大学统计与数据科学学院教授、博士生导师、中国计算机学会高级会员、IEEE高级会员、中国指挥与控制学会高级会员、河北师范大学外聘专家教授。主要从事数据挖掘、机器学习与人工智能、群智计算等方面的基础研究工作，并解决大数据分析、人工智能+、复杂系统与社会计算等应用领域的热点问题。主持3项国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、校级人才项目，参与国自科重点项目及重大研究计划多项。已出版中英文专著4部，在包括IEEE及ACM汇刊、PNAS、《中国科学》在内的国内外顶级期刊发表文章100余篇，被引用近4000次，10余篇论文入选“ESI高被引论文”、“热点论文”及期刊“Featured Article”，成果被图灵奖获得者、中国科学院院士、美国科学院院士等知名专家在PNAS、Physics Reports等著名期刊引用评价，并担任《Frontiers In Physics》、《Humanities and Social Science Communications》、《Electronics》、《Frontiers In High Performance Computing》等多个SCI/SSCI期刊学术编委。曾获省部级优秀青年人才及校级特聘青年教授称号，获得英国物理学会高引用作者奖、多个IEEE汇刊及Elsevier期刊的杰出审稿专家等国际学术荣誉。
